Omg. I cannot recommend Brinsea Green Grooming enough. I took mojito to a chain groomer and they told me he was aggressive and had to be muzzled the whole time.

Now, if anyones met mojito, they know he’s the sweetest soul and that doesn’t sound right!

After that experience, around 6 years ago, he was cowering for two days and hasn’t been able to find comfort in grooming ever since. He had razor burn and severe anxiety. It was heartbreaking.

Since then, we’ve just been doing what we can in drips and drabs to keep him kept enough so his fur isn’t too hot or matted.

Libbie took amazing care of Mojito today, he’s home and is so happy! She kept me updated throughout the grooming and allowed enough time so that neither of them felt rushed.

I cannot rate this groomer and overal fantastic woman for her kindness and compassion with Mojito. Apparently he was calm throughout (apart from bath time ), no aggression and let her get on with it.

Recently took my Jack Russell to Libbie at Brinsea Green Grooming, for Sid it was his first pamper session!

Super happy with the outcome, I just asked for a tidy up for him and claws to be done. Was exactly what I wanted and more! And I think Sid loved his time there! Will definitely be returning. 10/10 service throughout.
